Excellent verbal communication skills:
- Using verbal judo to ascertain why persons of interest are found on site after hours
- Communicating with juveniles to obtain personal details
- Questioning suspects and offenders affectively
- Liaising with external stakeholders such as Police and Ranger Services
Security operational skills:
- Compiling evidence when an incident occurs
- Offender profiling and intelligence gathering
- Identifying offences such as damage, graffiti, trespass, burglary and anti-social behavior.
